The principle dimensions of this vessel were as follows:

Length overall: 46.5m, breath molded: 8.0m, design draught: 1.5m, main power: 552kW, speed: about 33km / h.

This vessel is designed for the cruising and emergency rescue command in the water area of Yangtze River governed by Jiangsu Maritime Bureau.
